The project began with the client’s vision to create a modern and vibrant shopping center that would attract a wide range of customers and become a key destination in the city. The client also emphasized the importance of integrating green spaces within the mall, as well as incorporating energy-efficient and sustainable building practices.

Construction presented its own set of challenges, particularly with coordinating the installation of complex mechanical systems, ensuring smooth traffic flow within the center, and meeting the varying needs of the retail tenants. The team worked tirelessly to meet tight deadlines and ensure high standards of quality throughout the process.
